Madam Pelzer mentioned that Panormo did make special one off guitars for clients. This model certainly would fit in this catagory. She also stated that a handsome inlaid instrument made especially by Panormo was presented as a gift to Sor. That instrument probably resembled this one. This particular guitar was made after Sor's death, so it elimates the theory that this could be that guitar. However, I only know of one other guitar that resembles this one making this one of Panormo's rarest models. It is a well played instrument with ebony back and sides with a spruce soundboard still with its origional finish. This guitar has its origional Mahogony case.
