This model has the origional bridge, origional Guadagnini tuning wooden pegs, has the Carlo Guadagnini design head stock (Carlo Guadagnini was Gaetano's father) and origional finish (polish). As a result, this model has exceptional tonal qualities. |

Etienne Laprevotte - with pegs
Laprevotte built three types of guitars. This model is the third in our list of this great makers guitars, guitar with friction pegs. This guitar has been restored and is in excellant condition. Based on the address on the label, this would be one of the earliest models from the early 1830's. Birdseye maple back from carved solid piece, one piece back, sides of birdseye maple, spruce top, mahogany neck and head.

Etienne Laprevotte - 1835-1837 - With Machine Heads - RARE
Oval Soundhole, owned by an Aguado student. Birdseye maple back and sides with an oval sound hole. The bridge is origional and is of the pre Aguado style, however, their are signs that an Aguado tripodision has been used. The bracing consists of two long "bass" bars. The address on the label dates this guitar to 1835 - 37. Guitar is excellant condition, beautiful sounding instrument.

Louis Panormo HUERTA's Guitar
1828
This guitar of Brazilian Rosewood and Spruce once belonged to Panormo's son in law, HUERTA. It was his playing instrument. It has a hand written label stating that this guitar was made for AF Huerta. This actual guitar is published in James Westbrook's, "The Century that Shaped the Guitar" This guitar has been well played by Huerta and underwent expert restoration under Westbrook's careful supervision. Repaired hairline cracks to the Spruce table, removal of extra fingerboard, otherwise in very good origional and playable condition. Truely a unique instrument, wonderful intonation and base. Comes with origional Panormo coffin case with red interior. |

Louis Panormo 1843
One of only two known models in the world with extra decorative pearl inlay on table. making this one of Panormo's exceptional and rare guitars. Beautiful Ebony back and sides with spruce table. Madam Pelzer did mention that Panormo did make special one off guitars for clients. This guitar certainly fits this category. She also mentioned that a handsom inlaid instrument made especially by Panormo was presented as a gift to Sor. This guitar is a well played guitar with origional mahogony coffin case, origional finish with excellant playability.
