Giuseppe Filano 1794 - SOLD

This guitar was built by Giuseppe Filano of Napoli in 1794. This is one of the earliest known six string guitars and possibly the only example of this makers work in this form. This instrument has the origional finish and contains fancy pearl inlay inbedded in red mastic. Back and sides of maple, spruce sound board and origional wooden case
